INTERNSHIP PROJECTS

Over the course of the past 8 months I have taken part in many visual merchandising projects with Browns Shoes. These include fall/winter windown for Browns Shoes at Yorkdale Mall, The spring and summer campaigns windows for Browns Shoes and sister store B2.

TANGLED COMMUNICATION

FASH 436 Student Editorial Shoot: Tangled Communication.

Inspired by Lady Gaga (telephone cords) Rhianna (wardrobe/punk) and bold bright colour pallette.

I was the makeup artisit for the shoot while other members of my team we in charge of this such as props, wardrobe, and hair. Being on set was a wonderful experience have to manage your time accordingly and making sure all aspects from the storyboard is being brought to life as invision by the Art Director. Awesome time, awesome experience.

WALK IT OUT

April 12th 2011 the fourth semester Fashion Arts event class put together the annual Humber College Fashion Show. There were three segments to the show. The first two segments were emerging Canadian designers ANDY HALL, and TAESSA CHORNY. The last segment of the show was a retrospective of Canadian designer TODD LYNN, who showed pieces from his spring/summer and fall/winter 2011 shows. This project was an amazing experience for myself as well as the rest of my peers. I was the lead of the Stage and Show production team making my job an important link in putting a show of this magnitutde together and am proud to say the busy days and long nights were all worth it.

Sweet Escape

Done is second semesters creatives sweets. learned to photoshop all the gumballs into the picture. Also learned to correct blemishes on the models face, elongate her legs and any other minor imperfections. This knowledge should be very helpful in the future.
